Analysis of the Long-Range Plan

The information acquired from the analysis of the Long-Range Plan is very useful and has helped me realize that in today's world it is necessary that we teach more technology to our students. It is imperative for our students to be technology savvy to have the abilities needed in today's fast growing world which require for us to use digital tools in our intellectual labor. I think that by learning that having an education where students, teachers, and parents are enhancing their knowledge and communication through technology this will help me as a future administrator to be ready and acquire as much knowledge as possible in this area to better serve my school. If I am a leader who uses technology proficiently I will be able to guide my staff to do the same, integrate it in their lessons and deliver it to our students.
